Conditions of Use

General conditions of sale govern the relations between the Company and its customers STARLIGHT.
All orders addressed to STARLIGHT through the website implies unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

1. All data you provide to us is used to process your orders.
Under Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and liberties, you have through our customer service a right of access, consultation, modification, rectification and deletion of your private datas. STARLIGHT agrees not to disclose its customer file to third parties to respect the freedom of its customers.

Any order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale.
Orders placed on the server engage the customer upon receipt by STARLIGHT the order and its rules.
Orders placed on the server by credit card pledge the customer upon receipt by STARLIGHT.
Orders placed on the server check undertake by the customer upon receipt of payment STARLIGHT.

1. Delivery of the product. Service delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order or a notice of availability in the absence of the Client.
2. Shipments are made upon availability of stock promptly after receipt of order and payment of the goods with Colissimo against signature or shipment in accordance with the customer to France, DOM-TOM and abroad.
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient, it is up to the customer to make reservations with the carrier if damage of the package or STARLIGHT for any missing items.
STARLIGHT is released from its obligation to deliver for all fortuitous events or "force majeure". Information for the total or partial strikes, floods, fires, natural disasters are declared "force majeure".
The transfer of ownership of goods supplied or delivered is suspended until full payment of the goods by the customer and without affecting the transfer of goods.
3. Delivery times are as follows: 48 hours to one or three weeks after the order according to availability, the customer can check the availability of the items of the order, before confirming it.
4. In cases where the delivery of goods or provision of services could take place within the time specified at time of order, the Merchant will establish a new delivery to the Client, if not accepted, will result in cancellation of the order and refund the corresponding amount by the Merchant.
5. This reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from date of order.

1. The prices quoted in the Merchant's Shop are valid at the time of consultation by the Customer or for the period specified.
2. The prices charged are those in effect at the time of ordering.
3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client as well as VAT and other taxes.

The site has a secure system for credit card payments for any payment by check Starlight await receipt of the check to prepare and ship the order, depending on availability of items ordered.

Goods travel at the risk of the buyer, it is up to the customer to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and make reservations to the carrier by registered letter or extra-judicial act within three days of receipt of the product.

1. The Customer has the option under Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code to ship back at his own expense the product from the dealer within seven days from the date of delivery for exchange or purchase order of a validity of one year from returns.
However, any return is subject to a written confirmation by STARLIGHT email.
Despite the law, in STARLIGHT you have the right to change your mind, if for any reason the equipment you have chosen does not suit you, you can return it within 10 days following your purchase in its packaging of origin and proof of payment, any exchanged will be made UNDER THE EXPRESS TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING:
Pairs of ice skates or Roller: Range Beginners i.e: the full range sold assembled: they shall be exchanged if they have not been used.
Pair of skates with blades or plates were mounted upon customer's request: NO EXCHANGE NO RETURNS. The assembly of blades and plates engages the responsibility of the customer to purchase. DO NOT mount the blades or plates if you are not sure about the size.
No exchange of any fabric.
For the color of the fabric and sequins STARLIGHT can not be held responsible for the failure to follow the Supplier colors.
The range is renewed upon new collection.

Exceptional case: In case of delivery made before the payement, STARLIGHT retains ownership of the goods until payment has been fully received. However, the buyer becomes responsible for items upon delivery.

1. The Merchant is solely responsible for the content of the offers and commitments it makes in particular those relating to delivery times.
2. The Merchant is solely empowered to deal with all claims or disputes relating to the product sold or service provided, delivery, supply or payment. If the dispute relates to payment transactions, the bank or the third party payment system will be in charge of the dispute.

Data recorded by the payment system used and chosen by the customer (bank or other) are the proof of all the financial transactions by the Merchant, its customers and any other institution (or another organization).

1. Digital datas:
Customer has in accordance with the Data Protection Act the right to access and rectify its own datas as well as a right of opposition. To exercise any of these rights, the Customer must contact the Merchant.
2. Products:
Product specifications are subject to change without notice by the manufacturer.
STARLIGHT can not be held responsible for these changes.
3. Price:
The price for each item is expressed in Euros and takes into account the legal VAT at the time of the order. Prices can be changed without prior notice depending on supply or economic conditions.
4. Payment:
The payment of your order can be made by check (not available in every country) or by credit card (secure payment).
In case of uncomplete payment, your order will not be send to you.
5. Delivery:
Delivery is made within 48 hours - 1-3 weeks from the date of the order and availability of products. For any urgent order, you should check with Starlight availability of desired items.
Another deadline will be comunicated in case of unavailability of products, the customer may cancel the order and refund will be made within 30 days of the order.
Custom made outfits are to be shipped within 1 to 3 months depending on availability of fabric manufacturers and are not subject to any possible claim or exchange.
6. Shiping fares:
Participation in shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Fares are based on the delivery location and the amount of the purchase. Starlight only ship with Colissimo.
7. Return and Exchange:
No returns will be accepted for customized product.
The buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery of the order (Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code) to return a product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty except for shipping fares. Product must be returned in its original packaging, without having been worn. A copy of the invoice is needed.
8. After Sales Services:
Defective items must be returned to STARLIGHT in their original packaging accompanied by an explanatory note explaining the fault and a copy of the invoice.
Our warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective products according to the express consent of the manufacturer, under normal conditions of use.
8. Proceeding:
Any proceeding is under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Poitiers.
